Virtus Pro LLC is looking for a Technical Customer Relations Manager to join our fast-growing team. Our company provides customer relations management as well as marketing-related services, including digital media and social media management. The ideal candidate can easily communicate in English and has in-depth knowledge of cars.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify new partnership opportunities and acquire new B2B customers for our client;
• Serve as the main point of contact for the key partners and build long-term relationships;
• Prepare and present reports on the acquisition of new B2B customers and overall performance of the CRM team;
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the functionality of the gadgets and share knowledge with the CRM team;
• Be in touch with our partner company to be always up to date about any changes in the functionality of the device and record the information in the pre-made files for keeping records;
• Monitoring the performance of the CRM team and providing feedback for improvement;

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (C1);
• In-depth knowledge of cars;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Computer literate with strong Excel and Word skills;

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Proven experience in key account management;
• Basic education in programming to understand the Can Bus system and the functionality of the device;
• Above-average knowledge of the German language is an advantage;

Job Specifications

• Employment type: Full-time | Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) / Fully Remote
• Working hours: 8 hours per day (09:00 – 18:00 with a break)
• Working days: Monday – Friday
• The location: Tbilisi
• The salary: To be negotiated depending on the skills
