Proxy Live Solutions is announcing a vacancy for Payroll Accountant 

As the Payroll Accountant, you'll be responsible for consulting employees on payroll matters, managing tax filings, and supporting financial initiatives. With at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in MS 365 and English, join us in ensuring accurate payroll processing.

Key functions

• Consult employees on different payroll-related questions;
• Salary, advance salary calculation and payment including respective PIT, Pension taxes withing set deadlines;
• Prepare and submit of tax declarations including PIT, Pension;
• Provide support to other finance sections when required including AP;
• Manage all employee submissions to corporate reporting software, including new hire, retirement, benefits, etc.
• Actively support continuous improvement activities, including implementation of different accounting solutions;
• Participate in yearly financial audits and provide needed information;
• Other tasks and duties requested by direct manager within qualification level.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar field at least 3 years;
• Good knowledge of payroll taxation;
• Advanced user of MS 365 applications;
• Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
