Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Engineer. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across various administrative, project management, and communication functions.
Job Information and Main Duties:
- Compose and format official letters to employers, consultants, and local authorities.
- Preparation of hard-copy documents and responsible for document follow-up.
- Modification of project time schedule in MS Project
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Review and revise sub-contractor contracts for accuracy and completeness.
- Establish an effective communication between site staff, office staff, and headquarters.
- Liaise with local authorities, including writing and translating basic correspondence.
- Manage interactions with local sub-contractors.
- Conduct monthly site visits to company project locations (if needed).
Requirments
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant administrative or project management role.
- Fluency in Georgian and English, with written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Lunch will be provided by company.
- Computer will be provided by company.
