HR Recruitment Agency is seeking to recruit suitable individual for the position of TV Product Manager assigned to international brand in electronics.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Market trends, product development, sales vs profitability dependency ration changes;
  • Sales and stimulation plans;
  • Customer needs and pricing borders;
  • TV/AV/Mon products roadmaps setting according to market trends and needs;
  • Competitors price level and activities to build right product positioning.

  • Marketing Strategies;
  • Profitability and return forecast;
  • Promotion and sales plan; 
  • Implementation of strategies together with account managers through meetings with customers, presentations, technical support sessions, customers’ problem solving, advertising campaigns;

Giving recommendations: 
  • to account managers regarding occupation and retention of target market segments, predicts supply and demand fluctuations;
  • about channels and sales conditions of products and group of products;
  • Tracking stock and supply analysis of competitors’ products;

Implementation planning, control, coordination, monitoring of product and groups of products realization: 
  • budgeting, analysis, forecast of the return on investment in new product;
  • participation in development, implementation of presentation and marketing plans of new/existing products, distribution channels;
  • testing new products on the market;
  • consulting account managers and Field Force;
  • Responsible for the implementation of the targeted budgets and achievement of planned sales volumes and profit of fixed products on agreed period.
  • Keeps in touch with directors of organizations/distributors, analyzes quality of services;
  • Provides timely and accurate registration of prescribed reports and other working documents.  

Job Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Experience in Sales, Sales analytics or related area (5 or more years);
  • Degree in Business/Economics or Analytics;
  • Fluency in , Georgian, English, and intermediate Russian;
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics market is an advantage.
