We are looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our Batumi team and support the on-site sales operations of this landmark project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell residential and hotel units at Petra Sea Resort
- Conduct client tours and property presentations on-site
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of service
- Assist with local marketing activities and campaigns
- Work closely with the Tbilisi HQ and sales team
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales experience in real estate, hospitality, or similar industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Georgian, English and Russian
- Energetic, service-oriented, and detail-focused
- Based in Batumi or willing to relocate
