Number of Positions: 1 Work Schedule: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 – 19:00 Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
- Develop engaging advertising briefs for the design and content teams;
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and maximize efficiency;
- Manage advertising budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal allocation and return on investment;
- Plan and execute A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement;
- Prepare detailed and actionable reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Implement and manage tracking solutions to measure campaign effectiveness accurately;
- Apply automation tools to streamline campaign management and performance optimization;
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital advertising;
- Execute other related tasks and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital advertising campaign management.
- Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with tracking tools, automation solutions, and analytics platforms.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver strategic insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in developing advertising briefs and concepts.
- Experience in the development, or real estate, industries is considered an advantage.
