POSITION PROFILE
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from initiation to completion, with strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination. A deep understanding of Georgian construction regulations, permitting processes, and construction methodologies is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS AND HARD SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project or construction management
- Strong project planning and execution skills
- Experience with budget planning and cost control
- Practical experience working with contractors and supervising construction teams
- Familiarity with construction regulations and permitting processes in Georgia
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Georgian and English; Russian is a plus

- Effective leadership and team coordination abilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Planning and managing construction project execution, including time, cost, and quality control
- Preparing and overseeing project budgets
- Developing and monitoring construction schedules
- Determining scopes of work and selecting qualified contractors
- Coordinating collaboration between design professionals and contractors (architects, engineers, etc.)
- Identifying technical and human resources needed for the project
- Managing tendering and procurement procedures
- Monitoring contractors’ performance and ensuring compliance with contracts and deadlines
- Ensuring quality of construction and compliance with project specifications
- Documenting deficiencies and managing corrective actions
- Verifying completed works and assessing project progress
- Preparing detailed progress reports for internal stakeholders
- Conducting regular site visits to oversee construction progress
