The Opportunity:
Seize a rare chance to influence the future of logistics as our Home-Based Strategic Partnership Architect. In this strategic role, you will spearhead initiatives to cultivate new business opportunities and forge valuable partnerships across the UK market. You’ll leverage your expertise to identify high-potential prospects, nurture key relationships, and navigate complex sales cycles—from prospecting to closing—all from the comfort of your home. Fluency in English is essential, as your communication with stakeholders will be conducted via calls, emails, and compelling presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to broaden market reach and surpass revenue goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, industry influencers, and prospective clients through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and contract finalization.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities and risks.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance results.
Who You Are:
- A proactive, results-driven self-starter with a proven track record in business development.
- A strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- An outstanding communicator capable of influencing and persuading stakeholders at all levels—verbally and in writing.
- Experienced in building relationships through cold calling and strategic outreach.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
The Benefits:

- Base annual salary of 72,000 Lari, with potential to earn significantly more through performance bonuses. First-year on-target earnings can reach 150,000 Lari, with earning potential increasing over time.
