We are the official representative office of the German industrial equipment distributor FAMAGA Group GmbH & Co. KG and are currently seeking a motivated Sales Manager fluent in Spanish to join our growing team in Tbilisi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle: from negotiating contracts to monitoring their execution.
- Communicate daily with an assigned pool of customers and respond to new inquiries.
- Collaborate with end users, including large corporate clients and trading organizations.
- Work with a ready client base
Requirements:
- Excellent business communication skills; strong verbal and written Spanish(C1–C2 level).
- Sales experience, ideally in B2B or technical fields.
- Confident negotiator, capable of working with decision-makers.
- General technical understanding of industrial equipment and production technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with contract coordination and document workflows.
- Fast learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information quickly.
- Knowledge of Russian is a strong advantage.

Work schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 10:00–19:00
- Friday: 10:00–18:00
Salary:
- 1st month: 2,000 GEL
- Months 2–6 (probation): 2,500 GEL
- After probation: 3,000 GEL + performance-based bonuses
