The official representative office of the German industrial equipment supplier FAMAGA Group GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to join our team in Tbilisi. This is a great opportunity for candidates with or without prior experience – we provide full training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis in the industrial equipment sector; identify and monitor current and potential suppliers, including competitors’ suppliers.
• Proactively search for new suppliers and manage internal supplier selection competitions to secure the most competitive offers for our clients.
• Process incoming orders from the sales team, identifying optimal supplier terms and pricing.
• Track the progress of orders at all stages, and act promptly to resolve any delays or issues.
• Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of manufacturers and suppliers.
• Recommend improvements to the supply chain process to management.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English (written and spoken) – daily communication with European suppliers and manufacturers is required.
• Quick to learn, highly responsible, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage but not required.

Work schedule:
Monday–Friday: 10:00–19:00
Compensation:
1st month: 2,000 GEL
Months 2–6 (probation): 2,500 GEL
After probation: 2,500 GEL + bonuses
