Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and dashboards for portfolio companies across multiple sectors.
- Support the identification and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) by gathering data, tracking performance, and assisting with variance analysis.
- Contribute to the preparation of analytical reports summarizing KPI trends and operational outcomes.
- Assist in maintaining and updating managerial financial models, ensuring they align with internal standards and support investor communication.
- Help identify deviations in models from set standards and work with the senior team to address discrepancies.
- Use Excel to manipulate data and generate financial insights.
- Support the creation of Power BI dashboards and visuals for internal reporting.
- Provide general analytical and research support for new investments and ongoing performance reviews.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, consulting, investment analysis, or related roles.
- Strong Excel skills – including data manipulation, pivot tables, charts, and basic financial functions.
- Experience or exposure to Power BI (basic report creation or dashboarding preferred).
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling – a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Georgian (written and spoken).
