Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
• Solve site-related technical issues and provide immediate solutions in coordination with engineering teams.
• Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project under the direction of Executive management;
• Review subcontractor BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion;
• Verify that the subcontractor's completed works align with contract requirements.
• Prepare technical site visits and progress update reports.
• Define needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and on budget.
• Ensure all MEP installations are completed on time and in line with the overall project schedule.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with the Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ;
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, suppliers, and other workers in the project, including Design, Warehouse, Procurement, HVAC & Fire Fighting, HVAC Ducting, and Plumbing, to develop safe, efficient, and effective project outcomes that will fall within the budget.
• Evaluate all costs, including materials, costs of labor, and time expended.
• Responsible for any delays, emergencies, and problems that can arise;
• Report project progress and budget to the  Executive management.
• Prepare periodic reports for management, including the status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities & safety records;
• Develop and implement quality and safety (HSE) control programs

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or Construction Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a MEP Construction engineering position
• At least 3 years of experience in MEP Construction as a Site Manager
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and site management procedures.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, MEP coordination, and project execution.
• Knowledge of English is required, knowledge of Turkish is preferred

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook;
• Microsoft Project;
• AutoCAD and Revit;
• Experience in creating budgets, Drawings & BOQ in the construction field;
• English language proficiency - advanced level.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
