GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

• Preferably University graduate, 
• Following the developments and product trends in the field of merchandising, 
• At least 2 years of experience in store management, 
• Having a career goal in the field of merchandising, 
• Strong communication skills, 
• We are looking for candidates who can adapt to flexible working hours. 

 
JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Follows and tries to realize the sales targets of the store, taking into account the individual targets and performances of the staff, 
• Takes necessary actions by analyzing store sales, 
• Identifies the factors affecting staff motivation and productivity and carries out the necessary studies, 
• Ensures and controls compliance with visual organization rules, 
• Ensures full and accurate implementation of operational standards, 
• Ensures product management by closely monitoring stocks and sales
