Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow and manage the local partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
- Drive partner enablement and ensure successful customer implementations and deployments.
- Design a compelling value proposition to promote company’s solutions in the local market.
- Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with vendors and partners.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, sales pipeline, and dashboards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, offering consultation and support across sales and technical initiatives.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration or IT is desirable;
- 2-3 years of working experience on a position of corporate sales manager/Account Manager/Product Manager/Brand Manager/Sales Executive/BDM in IT services and Consulting/IT Distribution/IT Integration/IT vendor industry;
- Strong understanding of the local Georgian IT and partner ecosystem.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Program;
- Fluent in English
