Onevision Marketing Consulting is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Assistant to join our remote team. This is a long-term position combining backend support with quality control responsibilities.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining internal systems, supporting team operations, and ensuring consistent quality in our workflows.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with backend operations (Google Sheets, CRM updates, content organization)
  • Maintaining and organizing SOPs, vaults, trackers, and performance logs
  • Reviewing team activity to identify quality issues and flag inconsistencies
  • Providing feedback and reports based on process adherence
  • Helping onboard new team members and guide them through initial training
  • Supporting team leads with ad hoc backend tasks

Requirements:
  • Secondary education
  • Experience in backend operations, virtual assistance, or team support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and CRMs
  • Able to follow SOPs and check others' work against them
  • Fluent in English with excellent written communication
  • Availability for long-term work and consistent hours

Bonus if you have:
  • Past experience doing quality control or internal auditing
  • Familiarity with structured content or team performance tracking
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to give feedback constructively
