• Education: Higher education (university degree)
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Freight Forwarding or Relocation Services field
• Languages: Fluency in Georgian, Russian, and English (written & spoken)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Client-oriented and proactive approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

• Maintain a complete and well-organized job file in compliance with FAIM and internal quality standards, ensuring all required documentation is included
• Coordinate with agents, branches, transportation companies, and customers to manage export/import operations
• Provide weekly shipment updates and inform clients about customs regulations and necessary documentation
• Arrange pre-move surveys and brief the packing team on materials, allowances, and paperwork
• Ensure packing team members are well-presented (e.g., clean uniforms) and uphold professional behavior
• Provide accurate insurance options and charges to clients
• Coordinate the full relocation cycle from packing and pickup to delivery and final handover
• Adhere to all internal instructions and company policies
