To develop and implement effective Marketing and Communication strategies in line with the brand and the hotel's commercial objectives. Plan and create promotions and packages together with the relevant departments, i.e. F&B, Rooms, Spa etc…and incorporate a multi-channel approach to all activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop creative and engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Design or coordinate the creation of graphics, photos, and videos for marketing use.
- Write compelling and relevant copy for posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
- Schedule and publish posts across various digital platforms in line with the content calendar.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all channels.
- Act as a liaison with digital and traditional media outlets for promotional and PR opportunities.
- Coordinate and respond to media inquiries when required.
- Organize and manage photoshoots in collaboration with external photographers or agencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather content ideas and understand promotional needs.
- Attends weekly sales meetings.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media, propose innovative ideas to improve reach, engagement and conversions.
- Perform all other duties as required.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- A degree in Public Relations or Digital Marketing (preferable)
- At least 1 year of experience in copywriting, advertising and social media management.
- Strong oral and written skills
- Fluent in English and Georgian
- Must have strong relationships with trade and consumer press and related media
- Good social skills, confident and ability to communicate effectively.
