We are TBS Business Support, a dedicated partner in helping companies reach their goals through tailored business solutions. We’re currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketer on behalf of a client in the digital privacy and technology sector.
Role Summary:
Our client is looking for a performance-driven and creative Digital Marketer who thrives on strategy, data, and results. In this role, you’ll lead and optimize multi-platform advertising campaigns, support broader digital marketing initiatives, and contribute to the brand’s growth. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, track performance, and refine digital strategy based on analytics and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and X.com (Twitter) Ads
- Execute A/B tests and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and other KPIs
- Manage and grow the company’s Google AdSense account
- Contribute to and support broader digital marketing projects as needed
- Assist with SEO strategy and implementation using industry-standard tools
- Research and test emerging platforms, tools, and tactics for growth
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting creatives
- Provide detailed reporting using GA4, Hotjar, and advertising platform dashboards
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and X.com (Twitter) Ads
- Experience with SEO tools and practices
- Familiarity with Google AdSense and web monetization best practices
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English (all internal communication is in English)
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
