Your role is instrumental in providing agile, secure, and automated delivery pipelines and platform resilience for cloud-native workloads running mostly on Azure. Why We Need You
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to contribute to our global Technology Operations organization. You will lead end-to-end CI/CD infrastructure design, container orchestration, observability integration, and system reliability in development, staging, and production environments.
As part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, you’ll work closely with Site Reliability, Application, Network and Security Engineering teams to align infrastructure delivery with evolving business and technical requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, maintain, and document CI/CD infrastructure, supporting canary deployments, blue/green strategies, and infrastructure-as-code best practices
- Automate and manage Kubernetes (AKS) workloads using Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps patterns (ArgoCD)
- Lead the implementation of secure, scalable, and cost-optimized container-based deployments across environments
- Set up and support centralized logging and monitoring pipelines (Graylog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, App Insights, Robusta)
- Establish and implement delivery and runtime standards such as config and secrets management, and cluster backup/recovery (e.g., Velero)
- Support cloud-native component integrations like RabbitMQ, Redis Clusters, and MinIO
- Work on performance/load testing with tools like JMeter and Taurus, and improve infrastructure for high-volume applications
- Act as an escalation point for complicated CI/CD or infrastructure delivery problems in production
- Help maintain internal DevOps standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team
What You Bring to the Team
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering in cloud-native environments
- Extensive experience with CI/CD orchestration through GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Bitrise, and Azure DevOps
- Familiar with managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), container lifecycles, and Helm-based deployments
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, etc.) and GitOps pipelines
- Strong background in observability and telemetry (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog, App Insights)
- Background in secure infrastructure design such as VNETs, private endpoints, secrets, WAFs, and SSL
- Ability to work on high-volume B2B or hybrid cloud environments while maintaining critical infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows and tools such as ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployment automation
- Expertise in advanced CI/CD techniques like multi-environment workflows, pipeline templating, and deployment gating
- Knowledge of infrastructure provisioning frameworks like Terraform
- Ability to design autoscaling strategies and optimize resource allocation for Kubernetes workloads
- Experience handling intricate release strategies (blue/green, canary, feature flags) in production environments
- Deep knowledge of artifact management, container image versioning, and secure delivery practices
- Background in cost-conscious infrastructure planning, such as rightsizing computer resources and configuring cloud quotas
