As the official distributor of Bioderma, one of the world`s leading dermo-cosmetic brands, we`re offering the opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Manager to support our sales team at the head office. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations workflow - from order processing and stock coordination to reporting and performance tracking. This position will report directly to the Sales Manager and play a key role in supporting both field and company`s sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and coordinate between the sales team, warehouse, and logistics. Collect sales orders from field reps and accurately transfer them to the warehouse for processing and delivery.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports including turnover, sell-in data, and stock movement
  • Communicate effectively with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
  • Use and manage WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) for order and inventory flow.
  • Track inventory levels, ensure product availability, and support stock optimization
  • Provide data-driven support to the sales team to enhance decision-making and execution
  • Monitor KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets through operational accuracy
  • Work closely with the finance to ensure smooth operations across functions
  • Ensure accuracy of product listings, stock codes, and commercial terms

Requirements:
  • Min 2 years of experience in similar role such as sales operations, supply chain, or commercial support
  • Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, reporting tools) and 1C: Enterprise
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is required; Turkish or Azerbaijani is plus.
