As the official distributor of Bioderma, one of the world’s leading dermo-cosmetic brands, we’re offering the opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
We are looking for candidates to join our sales field team to strengthen Bioderma’s presence in the Georgian market, increase product sales in pharmacies, and enhance brand awareness by visiting pharmacies and conducting training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit pharmacies to promote products and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Deliver training sessions to pharmacy staff at the pharmacy point about product features, proper usage, and benefits to drive product preference.
- Organizes and administers the entire process of ordering.
- Ensure proper stock levels of products and manage the distribution of POP materials and promotional displays.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in preferably in dermo cosmetics, pharma, or OTC
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and team-oriented.
