We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Bar Supervisor.
Duty Station: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Type of Appointment: Full-time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee overall daily bar operations.
- Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in controlling and analyzing, on an ongoing basis, the following:
- Quality levels of service
- Guest satisfaction
- Bar requisitions & stock control
- Induction, monitoring, and ongoing training of casual bar staff.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the bar, server, display, glassware, and tables.
- Assists the Food and Beverage Manager with the compilation of beverage lists.
- Order weekly alcohol supplies and accept deliveries.
- Attends and contributes to weekly Food and Beverage Departmental meetings.
- Assumes the responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Manager in his/her absence.
REQUIRMENTS:
- At least one year of work experience as a Supervisor or Head Bartender
- Knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills
