Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven MEP Project Manager to lead and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of high-profile construction projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong leadership, advanced project management skills, and technical expertise in MEP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, site supervision, budgeting, and risk management to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:

• Define the full scope of work for project development and implementation.
• Establish the project charter, objectives, tasks, and scope.
• Identify dependencies between tasks and prepare critical path schedules.
• Develop and control the project execution plan, timelines, and key milestones.
• Estimate the timeframes required for project completion.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project budgets and cost estimates.
• Ensure alignment with local regulations, codes, and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Select and manage a skilled project team (engineers, supervisors, technicians).
• Establish formal communication and coordination processes among team members.
• Motivate and manage project team performance; develop tailored KPI and bonus systems in coordination with the HR department.
• Organize and lead regular team meetings and progress reviews.
• Define and communicate roles and responsibilities across departments.

Resource & Documentation Management:

Site Works Control & Management:

• Supervise and control daily MEP site activities in line with the execution plan.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor site productivity, resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental protocols.
• Document and report on-site progress, delays, and corrective measures.

Risk & Change Management:

• Identify project risks, compile risk lists, and develop risk matrices.
• Implement risk mitigation and control strategies.
• Conduct weekly and monthly risk assessments and analyses.
• Propose and implement corrective actions to improve project progress and efficiency.
• Monitor deviations from the original plan and communicate necessary adjustments.

Budgeting & Financial Control:

• Prepare, manage, and track the project budget, ensuring cost control.
• Monitor budget changes and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project stakeholders receive timely and accurate information.
• Present post-project summary reports, including risk analysis and resolution outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in MEP project management in construction, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects and MEP systems.
• Strong understanding of ASHRAE, SNIP, and other applicable engineering standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Fluent in [insert languages if required].
