General description
Receiving purchase requisitions from the production planning department and issuing purchase orders to
Subcontractors, according to company procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Procurement planning, requisitions, and sourcing · Search for new suppliers on international and local markets
• Keep trade relations with existing vendors
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and planning teams to align purchasing with project timelines and technical requirements
• Issue purchase orders for procuring materials and/or services · Manage the POs, on-time deliveries, and on-time payments to suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery
• Manage and monitor the quality of goods according to internal procedures
• Completeness of documentation for preparation/processing of Purchase Orders, Contracts
• Preparing reports for previous and existing orders/requests
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualification

• 3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in an international company
• Knowledge of ERP systems · Familiarity with the world of Supply Chain in a manufacturing plant
• Good English skills – prerequisite
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Basic financial understanding
