With a strong presence in Neurology, Cardiology, Urology, Allergology, and Pediatrics, Olpha is committed to improving patients’ quality of life through advanced therapies and effective treatments. Our Representative Office in Georgia has been successfully operating for over 8 years, consistently achieving sales targets and maintaining strong partnerships with healthcare professionals
Role Description
The Field Force Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Medical Representatives to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive performance, develop talent, and strengthen Olpha’s market presence in Georgia. The Field Force Manager will report directly to the Head of Representative Office.

Role Description
The Field Force Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Medical Representatives to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive performance, develop talent, and strengthen Olpha’s market presence in Georgia. The Field Force Manager will report directly to the Head of Representative Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives across Georgia.
- Develop and implement field force strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure continuous professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ethical promotion, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business planning.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to optimize brand performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and KPI achievement.
Qualifications
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences (required).
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical sales management or senior field role.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Georgian pharmaceutical market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and adaptability.
- Fluency in Georgian (Russian is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
