JOB DESCRIPTION: The Manager will play a key leadership role in the Accounting Division, reporting to the Head of Department. This position requires an experienced and strategic professional in accounting, tax compliance, and financial consulting. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving process improvements within the department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage multiple accounting, tax, and financial consulting projects, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor a team of senior consultants, consultants, and junior accountants, providing guidance and professional development.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance reports in accordance with Georgian tax laws and IFRS.
• Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, building strong relationships and addressing complex financial and tax matters.
• Ensure effective implementation and utilization of accounting software and financial reporting systems.
• Develop and enhance internal policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth audits and compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics for client engagements, optimizing project efficiency and profitability.
• Drive innovation in accounting and financial consulting services, identifying opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Participate in business development efforts, including client proposals, presentations, and expansion of service offerings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (4+ years) in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Georgian tax legislation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing accounting teams and multiple projects.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (such as Fina, Oris, Balance, 1C) and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and developing accounting professionals.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Fluency in Georgian and English or Russian, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

SALARY: 3000 GEL (NET)
