Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing the company’s brand awareness. This role involves identifying new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and effectively positioning the company’s services in both local and international markets.

- Develop and implement active sales strategies;
- Identify new clients (B2B) and build long-term relationships with existing ones;
- Present the company’s services and conduct professional presentations;
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (through online and offline channels);
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis;
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in B2B or professional services sector);
- Strong command of English and Russian (additional languages are an advantage);
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Solid knowledge of sales techniques and modern marketing tools;
- Result-oriented and proactive approach.
