We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER LEAD to join our team.

The PM Lead is responsible for leading project management activities, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role bridges the gap between executive leadership and project teams, driving operational efficiency and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Define project plans, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Supervise, mentor, and support project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Foster collaboration between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Facilitate alignment between executive leadership and project execution teams.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project performance.
• Deliver clear and concise progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure transparency in resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience of successfully completed MEP (HVAC, water supply, firefighting) projects (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
