• Your Role: Group, Meetings & Events (GME) Sales Coordinator
• We’re looking for a proactive GM&E Sales Coordinator to support our events team to drive revenue and
• deliver exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for group, meetings, and event customers from the initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up
• Prepare, review, and finalize contracts and proposals for group bookings, conferences, and event packages
• Input and manage rooming lists, payment instructions, and key guest details in the hotel’s reservation system
• Negotiate budgets and pricing with clients to optimize both guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure all operational details are communicated effectively to relevant departments
• Coordinate and conduct pre-event briefings to ensure seamless coordination across all departments
• Provide ongoing customer support during guest stays, ensuring all requests are handled with urgency and care
• Support special sales activities
