Key Responsibilities:

· Perform advanced (second level) vehicle diagnostics using Ferrari-approved tools and methods

· Activate time tracking and carry out all operations listed on Job Orders

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical bulletins and workshop documentation

· Accurately complete the RedOnLine form and maintain communication with Ferrari Help Desk and Managers

· Execute complex and high-value repairs, such as MOT procedures or technically challenging cases

· Conduct test drives to verify repair quality, focusing on drivability and noise-related complaints

· Ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and organization standards within the workshop

· Develop expertise in Ferrari electronic systems and testing procedures

· Use the Techdoc4.0 platform for diagnostic support and factory information access

· Verify Pre-Diagnosis activities per Job Order and report findings to the Service Manager

· Provide day-to-day technical support to Technicians, assisting with complex repairs and the use of specialized tools

· Oversee and mentor apprentice Technicians, ensuring proper training and supervision

· Assist in assigning tasks based on Technician capabilities and monitor work hours

· Deliver technical training and ensure the entire technical team is informed of the latest updates from Ferrari

· Knowledge of English is mandatory
