“Atlas”- Development & Construction Company is announcing an opening for the position of an Architect.

Duties:
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings
- Preparing Masterplans
- Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
- Working around town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
- Preparing detailed drawings and make any necessary corrections
- Choosing the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
- Making on site visits to check on project status and report on project
Qualifications:
- University degree in architectal education
- At least 2 year of work experience in above listed duties.
- Knowledge of architectural and graphic programs (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Corel, Photoshop)
- Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
- Strong focus on quality
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must
- Excellent understanding of building system
