HH Recruitment (www.HH.ge) is announcing a vacancy on the position of Learning & Development Specialist / Trainer for one of the international representative company in Georgia.

Main responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Facilitation
• Conduct training programs for Retailer Service Advisors, focusing on Service+, effective communication, and process standardization
• Deliver technical training for Retailer Technicians across levels: Pro Technician, Diagnostic Technician, and ideally Diagnostic Master Technician
• Facilitate diverse training formats, including classroom sessions, e-learning, workshops, coaching, job-shadowing, on-the-job training, and mentorship
• Learning Program Design & Development
• Design comprehensive learning and development plans, training curriculums, and roadmaps aligned with organizational and network needs.
• Localize and adapt global company content for the local market, ensuring cultural and operational relevance.
• Incorporate innovative learning methods and tools to maximize engagement and retention.
• Standards, Processes & Certification Management
• Coordinate and monitor after sales processes and standards across the retailer network, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage service advisor & technician certification programs, monitor evaluations, and conduct audits when necessary.
• Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) for the retailers, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and user engagement.
• Manage and implement international projects, adapting and executing them within retailer network
• Collaborate with Central HQ, global training teams, and external vendors to develop and deliver targeted learning solutions.
• Select and supervise external resources to ensure high-quality training delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, engineering or related fields;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, as a Trainer or Service Manager (person who has lead, plan and execute training process);
• Preferable experience in automotive industry;
• Proven experience in delivering training in physical, digital and online environments;
• Knowledge of English and Russian Languages;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
