Your profile:
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment;
- Proven track record of leading successful demand generation and digital marketing strategies;
- Experience in managing high-performing marketing teams and agencies;
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills;
- Experience working with tools such as Pipedrive (or equivalent CRM), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms;
- Willingness to work on a hybrid basis: 2 days from the office, 3 days from home.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS environment;
- Multilingual capabilities (English required. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus);
- Familiarity with European and LATAM markets.
KPIs & Performance Metrics:
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated per quarter;
- Cost per lead/cost per acquisition (CPL/CPA);
- Website traffic and conversion rates;
- ROI of marketing campaigns;
- Brand visibility metrics (media coverage, social mentions, organic reach);
- Event ROI and partnership engagement.
Your day-to-day contribution:
Strategic Planning & Leadership:
Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business goals;
- Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven allocation of resources;
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (digital, content, PR, design, events);
- Own the positioning and messaging for the brand, products, and solutions.
Lead Generation & Growth:
- Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, social media, paid ads, etc.);
- Optimise marketing automation and nurture workflows (Pipedrive, Marketo, etc.);
- Collaborate with sales to align on lead qualification criteria, MQL/SQL conversion, and sales enablement assets;
- Drive growth through Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Develop a strong content marketing strategy tailored to industry decision-makers (white papers, blogs, case studies, videos, webinars);
- Oversee all brand communications, ensuring consistency across all channels;
- Manage PR strategy and media relations within the SaaS ecosystems;
- Organise and represent the brand at major industry trade shows.
- Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pipedrive, etc.);
- Deliver regular reports and insights to executive leadership;
- Continuously test, analyse, and optimise campaigns and user journeys to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to support feature launches and customer marketing initiatives;
- Establish co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners (platforms, affiliates, payment providers).
