Area of Responsibility:

• Checking and posting current business transactions, such as incoming and outgoing invoices, bank documents, and cash register entries.
• Supporting the entry and maintenance of master data.
• Representing the team.
• Performing independent tax audits and recording invoices, as well as their account assignment and posting
• Independently preparing payment runs
• Exciting and varied projects requiring teamwork and personal initiative
• Support in the area of tax submissions and reporting deadlines
• Continuous reporting of current projects and their budgets
• Supporting work for monthly financial statements and balance sheet preparation
• Regular reconciliation of general ledger accounts

Qualification:

• Completed commercial training or qualification as a tax clerk.
• Further training in business administration and tax knowledge is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of and experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable (minimum 1 year's professional experience).
• Experience of working with ERP software, ideally Navision
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Process-oriented way of thinking
• A careful, service- and team-oriented working style
• Knowledge of national and international accounting
• Structured and independent working style
• Commitment to continuous professional and personal development
