• Onboard new team members within 7 days and provide clear training
• Support creators with brand guidelines and tailored feedback
• Train creators on TikTok to ensure high-quality content within the first week
• Assess each creator’s strengths and weaknesses to improve workflow

• Analyze and optimize current strategies and creator performance
• Implement improvements in content, promotion, and engagement tactics
• Aim for 10%+ growth in views, engagement, and subscriptions every two weeks
• Monitor progress and provide continuous feedback

• Oversee supervisors and ensure tasks are completed correctly
• Provide coaching and feedback where needed
• Approve optimization initiatives before rollout
• Ensure fair and effective allocation of tasks

• Review and approve all viral trends suggested by managers
• Conduct weekly analysis of positive vs. negative trends

• Run 1:1 calls with supervisors to maintain clear communication
• Lead team calls to align on progress, goals, and projects
• Provide research, routine checks, opportunities, and action plans
• Suggest and propose improvements to management

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in account management or team leadership is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, international environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Full-time role (8 hours per day, 5–6 days per week)
• Competitive fixed salary progression:
• Month 1: USD 1,000
• Month 2: USD 1,500
• Month 3 and onwards: USD 2,000
• Additional performance bonuses, with total monthly earnings of USD 3,000–4,000+ achievable
