Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• Basic understanding of CRM principles and marketing strategies;
• Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms is a plus but not required;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day contribution:

• Communicational campaign building and supporting: assist in planning and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications, to enhance customer engagement and retention;
• Data Analysis: support the collection and analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving CRM strategies;
• Customer Segmentation: helping in segmenting customer databases to deliver personalised and targeted marketing communications;
• Reporting: prepare regular reports on campaign performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, and suggest areas for improvement;
• Collaboration: work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM initiatives.
