Job Description

Elysium Escape LLC is looking for a Manager – Inbound Tourism to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing inbound tour operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong business relationships with partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing individual and group tours based on client requests.
• Preparing calculations and official proposals for clients and international travel agencies.
• Negotiating with local service providers (hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, B&B providers, entertainment venues, etc.).
• Working with the company CRM system.
• Overseeing the full implementation of tours, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.
• Identifying and establishing contacts with new partners in new markets.
• Managing business communication with partners, suppliers, and clients.
• Preparing monthly financial documentation for completed tours and submitting it to the finance department.

Required Qualifications

• Higher education preferred.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of English and Russian required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tourism or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
