Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi is a 5-star Hotel located on the shorelines of the Tbilisi Sea, a perfect gateway to fresh air and a relaxing atmosphere with an exceptional panoramic view of Tbilisi hills. Owned by “Hualing Group” and managed by BTL Hospitality Group under the French Hotel Brand “Hotels & Preference” as “Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi, which opened in 2015.

At present we are announcing an opening for the position of: BQ Manager (Food and Beverage Department);
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items;
- Ensure all necessary arrangement and preparation are made for normal and special events;
- Coordinates activities with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments;
- Monitors and directs service flow in the Co-Meeting;
- Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with Restaurant Manager;
- Controls requisitions of all supplies to maintain par stock for smooth operation;
- Establishes side duties schedule and follow up with each employee to ensure duties are carried out;
- Checks regularly all operating equipment to ensure sufficiency and reports inventory, breakages or missing items;
- Checks rooms for need of repair of furniture and fixtures; coordinates with Engineering;
- Trains personnel according to established procedures;
- Conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff;
- Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards;
- Maintains attendance records and prepares necessary payroll forms;
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Work experience in a similar position in another 5 star hotel for 2-years.
- Good leadership skills/good training conducting skills/strong organization skills;
- Open minded and outgoing personality;
- Positive attitude to work and ability to work under pressure;
- Computer operation and familiarity with some software packages including spreadsheet programs; At ease in a multi-cultural environment;
