Our company is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as an Accountant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recording and classification of operations in accordance with the company’s accounting policy;
• Preparation and adjustment of accounting entries;
• Preparation of accounting and statistical reports;
• Participation in the preparation of tax declarations (ability to independently prepare and file tax declarations will be considered an advantage);
• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (data compilation for reporting purposes);
• Processing and providing information for auditors;
• Monitoring and controlling accounts receivable and payable;
• Verification of primary documentation and ensuring compliance with legislation;
• Ensuring proper archiving of documents.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics (major in accounting or finance);
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant;
• Good knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage);
• Knowledge of managerial accounting and reporting principles;
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS / IAS) will be considered an advantage.
• Solid understanding of the Georgian Tax Code;
• Excellent command of office software; knowledge of the accounting software Balance will be considered an advantage.
• Analytical thinking and effective time management skills;
• Strong organizational, planning, and monitoring abilities.
