Our team develops the largest unique real estate project in Tbilisi, which has no analogs in the Caucasus region. The project spans 331 hectares of land, capable of accommodating 10,000 residents, and features exclusive land plots and premium apartments with spectacular views from a bird's-eye view. Additionally, it includes an 18-hole European Top 100 golf course and a fine dining restaurant with a terrace. The complex will include a wide range of recreational and leisure facilities, a 5-star brand hotel, and a leisure club.

POSITION PROFILE
Tbilisi Hills is seeking an energetic Social Media Manager to manage our golf and restaurant social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
As a social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals;
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, reels, news, and events);
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, golf operations, and restaurant to ensure brand consistency;
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews;
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout);
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions;
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a social media manager;
• Hands-on experience in content management;
• Good copywriting skills;
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video);
• Knowledge of online marketing channels;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Analytical and multitasking skills;
• Good in Georgian and English languages in writing (Russian language is beneficial)
