Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Batumi, Georgia. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience in managing warehouse staff
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes, and material handling
• Strong skills in inventory control
• Experience with forklift operation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor driver performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance.
• Assist in scheduling and routing to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Foster effective communication between drivers and management to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage administrative tasks related to driver records and performance evaluations.
