For our office in Georgia we are looking for a Logistics and Pricing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Dealing mainly with business in Europe;
• Liaise effectively with suppliers and carriers to obtain up-to-date pricing and service
• to manage daily pricing requests and prepare accurate, timely quotations for our clients and prospects
• close coordination with suppliers and carriers to secure competitive rates, ensuring profitability while adhering to company standards
• Collect and analyze all necessary details, including technical specifications and customer-specific requirements, to prepare precise quotations.
• Assess costs to guarantee quotes meet profitability targets and comply with internal policies.
• Manage and track all pricing requests, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams
• Manage the process of clearance
• Review and manage import documentation, including CE certificates, declarations of conformity, and permits
• Classify products and assign correct HS codes
• Identify potential risks in the clearance process and resolve them in a timely manner
• Interaction with suppliers, carriers, transport logistics, multimodal transportation;
• Calculation of payments and duties, timely correction of data;
• Full calculation of the entire cost of import operations;
• Maintaining internal reporting on customs clearance and release of goods;
• Adaptation of technical documents required for customs clearance;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of various cargo types and freight forwarding processes
• Strong command of English (verbal and written) is mandatory
• Proven ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
