Sheraton Batumi Hotel opened in 2010 is the first international 5 star branded hotel in Adjara region.
Sheraton Batumi Hotel as the first international 5 star branded hotel in Adjara region introduced traditional Sheraton service excellence and soon became a symbol of hospitality and luxury. It was projected and constructed according to the conception of Lighthouse of Alexandria. Beside the visual resemblance Sheraton Batumi Hotel just like the Lighthouse of Alexandria is a “Shining White Star” which attracts tourists into Adjara and plays a significant role in development and improvement of region’s tourism industry.

The candidates we are looking for should have experience in a field, good cooperation skills, direct and trustworthy communication skills and should be extremely customer oriented.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for shift in F&B Outlet
- Provides efficient, prompt, trouble free, courteous and quality food& beverage service to the guests;
- Maintains responsibility for the set up and cleanliness of entire outlet
- Respects the corporate guidelines and standards in line with the hotels objectives as stated into the Business Plan
- Maintains and develops good relationship with the customers.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of outlet inventory and menu knowledge
- Responsible for all outlet Par stock and requisitions
- Focuses on all aspects of profit performance
- Goes beyond standards measures of performance
Personal requirements:
- Leadership skills
- Possess a good level of English – both orally and written
- Enthusiastic, organized and team player
- Eye for detail and ability to cope with stress
- Food and beverage Knowledge
- Up selling & revenue orientated
- Active with relationships with customers, employees and suppliers
