You will be responsible for analyzing business processes and data, identifying requirements, and utilizing knowledge and past experience to convey business needs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within an organization

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working directly with insurance clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations
• Documenting business and system requirements, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Analyzing end-to-end insurance workflows, from submission through underwriting, rating, quoting, binding, issuance, billing, and claims.

Skills Required:

• Education degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• A solid understanding of business principles and processes in the relevant industry.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Office suite, project management software, data visualization tools).
• Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and testers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present findings and recommendations.
