Kaliman Caribe Ltd. has been established in 1995 as the exclusive distributor of the prestigious brands of handmade Habanos cigars within Bulgaria with today projection:
developing dynamically trade import - export – local supply chain and national distribution in 13 international markets;
representing a variety of other cigars & cigarillos, smoking accessories producers;
managing own retail chain - Premium Cigars & Tobacco shops, as well as licensed retail franchises: La Casa del Habano and Cohiba Atmosphere .

Currently we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales:
  • Responsible for the development of sales and the achievement of commercial goals in the area.
  • Initiates and conducts meetings with potential and current clients of the company.
  • Manages the process of negotiation of prices, terms and methods of payment in accordance with internal company rules.
  • Monitors payment terms with customers and notifies them of the due date.
  • Responsible for the collection of overdue receivables from customers.
  • Makes proposals for changes in the commercial conditions according to the development of clients.
  • Responsible for the positioning, development and implementation of the company's portfolio.
  • Collects orders and organizes deliveries by customers.
  • Gives proposals and participates directly in the planning, organization and implementation of various commercial and advertising campaigns.
  • Tracks the development of competition and identifies market opportunities in the region.
  • Monitors the availability and sale of unregulated products in the region for which he is responsible.
  • Participates in ongoing seminars for company training.

Import and supply of goods:
  • Organizes and administers the entire process of ordering, receiving and sending collection of the excise labels.
  • Organizes the process of customs clearance and physical collection of imported goods.
  • Responsible for the permits related to the sale of the goods on the market.
  • Contact person for working with all local and state institutions.
  • Responsible for the correct commercial allocation of goods between retail and distribution.
  • Responsible for labelling the goods after each import with the necessary labels to be released on the market.
  • Performs physical inspection and acceptance of imports into the ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Participates in audits of a public warehouse and is a materially responsible person.

Reporting - prepares various types of reports and statements that are directly related to his daily work.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education – min. completed secondary education.
  • Professional experience and qualification:
  • Experience in a similar position - min. 5 years.
  • Negotiation skills, price negotiation, conditions and way of working.
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques to increase sales.
  • Competence and awareness of the local legislations and trade.
  • Computer skills - MS Office, specialized programs (ERP, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license without violations.
