This is a seasonal position for the winter season, aligned with peak tourist periods in Gudauri (typically December–April).
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Gudauri office and contribute to the success of this winter season project.

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Gudauri office and contribute to the success of this winter season project.
Location: Gudauri, Georgia
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell residential and hospitality units within the Petra Ski Resort project
- Manage client communication, inquiries, and property presentations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Support marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with the team
- Support sales activities during the winter season peak period
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate or hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian
- Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
What We Offer:
- Fixed salary of 2500 GEL net per month + bonus system
- Comfortable company-provided apartments near the Gudauri office
- Supportive and professional Petra team
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00
- Winter seasonal position (December–April)
