Overlando Campers is hiring an Operations Lead to take responsibility for day to day running of our camper rental business in Georgia. This role combines guest care, logistics, fleet readiness, staff coordination and planning. You need to enjoy solving problems, organising people and keeping things moving.

This is not a desk job. It is practical, guest facing and sometimes chaotic. If you like taking ownership, improving systems and being close to the action, this could fit you.

There is potential to grow into a long term leadership position or partnership for the right person.

What you will do

• Ensure our vehicles and equipment are ready for guests
• Support guests before, during and after their trips
• Coordinate mechanics, cleaners and rental agents
• Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally
• Improve procedures, documentation and communication
• Prepare for high season
• Take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks

• You like organising, planning and following through
• You stay calm when things go wrong and find solutions
• You are comfortable leading a small team
• You take initiative and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do
• You care about guest experience but can set boundaries
• You learn fast and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
• You have strong English skills. Georgian or Russian are a plus
