Our company is seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to join our leadership team as Deputy Chief Commercial Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of the airline’s overall commercial strategy.
• Oversee and coordinate key commercial functions, including revenue management, pricing, sales, and route performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to ensure competitive positioning.
• Drive data-driven decision-making across commercial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Contribute to route evaluation, network development, and capacity optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Network Planning teams.
• Prepare commercial performance reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Act as a key commercial representative in discussions with partners, airports, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial roles within aviation, travel, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing, and commercial analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English is required; Georgian and/or Russian are considered advantages.
