Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a talented and diligent individual to join a dynamic team of professionals based in Tbilisi. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role working within the Data Entry and Analytics Team, which supports our Swiss-based client in creating their primary product.
- Successful candidates are expected to work five days a week if employed for a full-time position. As per the rotation schedule, candidates must ensure their availability to work on Sundays. The usual 5-day working week is from Sunday to Thursday.
- Due to the employing company’s requirement of keeping data up to date at all times throughout the year, the candidate will be expected to work during European/non-Orthodox Christmas holidays in the second half of December and in some occasions very-early January, therefore candidate will be expected to not request time off during these period as they may not be feasible due to operational requirements.
- Holidays should be taken in accordance with the core team to ensure the availability of the backup.
Key Responsibilities:
- The data entry specialist role requires a unique skillset where attention to detail is the cornerstone and one of the essential traits of the candidate.
- Information is processed and manually entered into an in-house built database, leveraging partial information from numerous sources to identify the complete details of the transactions.
- This work requires patience, problem-solving skills and diligence in order to deliver the highest quality product.
- Collaborate with the team to share workload, troubleshoot, debug and validate the accuracy of the processed information.
- Communicate effectively during the team meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education
- A university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, business support, data management, accounting, book-keeping or a related field.
- Alternatively, no university degree required, but 10+ years of proven professional experience in secretarial, administrative or accounting/book-keeping roles.
- English language at C1 level or above is an absolute must. Another language will be a plus.
Technical skills
- Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of geography is a plus.
- Previous work experience in an international or multicultural environment is preferred.

Working Conditions:
- The job posting is for a 100% remote position, allowing flexibility in the work environment.
- The successful candidate will be expected to adapt to the Central European working hours (GMT+1) as well as the requirement of working on Sundays.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate the business needs of meetings across different time zones.
- A reliable and fast internet connection remotely is an absolute must.
- The company will provide the necessary technical equipment.
- Remote work may be subject to change eventually, and employees may be required to be present at the office time-to-time.
