Next Summer Job (NSJ) is a Georgian company cooperating with its German partner company, Springboard UG.

Our partner company Springboard UG facilitates student employment in the German hotel industry during semester breaks (Ferienjobs).

Together with its partner Springboard UG, Next Summer Job Georgia (NSJ) provides guidance and informational support to candidates throughout the recruitment process and preparation for work in Germany.

Candidate Requirements:

• Applicant must be a student of a public or private university in Georgia
• English B1 and/or German A1 language skills are preferred
• No language certificate is required

Working Conditions

• Salary: minimum €13.90 per hour (gross / before tax)
• Working hours: approximately 40 hours per week
• Monthly income: approximately €2, 200 per month (gross, before tax)

Meals & Accommodation:

• Meals and/or accommodation are provided only if offered by the hotel;
• Otherwise, the student is responsible for finding accommodation, with informational support from Next Summer Job Georgia (NSJ) and its partner company Springboard UG.

Important Financial Information (First Month):

• The candidate must purchase the flight ticket independently;
• The first salary is paid exactly after one month of work;
• If the hotel does not provide accommodation and/or meals, students must have €100-150 for first-month personal expenses, as well as money for rent and local transportation, depending on accommodation conditions.
